We do not ask for these at booking or on the consultation. The credit bureaus require them to confirm your identity when a dispute is filed.

Appointment policy
Your $25 reservation holds your time and is non-refundable. Need to move your call? Give at least 24 hours' notice and we will reschedule you. If you miss the call or give less than 24 hours' notice, the reservation is forfeited and a new one is needed to rebook.

Is the consultation free?+
No. Reserving a time costs $25, which is non-refundable. If you enroll, the $25 is credited toward your service.
Do you guarantee results?+
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee an outcome or a score change, and we will not. What we commit to is the work: the audit, the plan, and the monthly follow-through.
Can you remove accurate negative items?+
No. Accurate, current and verifiable information stays on your report. We dispute items that are inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified.
When do I pay?+
$25 when you reserve your consultation. $359 after your audit, strategy and action steps are delivered. Then $77 a month for ongoing support, billed after each month's work.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Your agreement includes a cancellation period before any work begins, and you can stop monthly support at any time.
Can I do this myself?+
Yes. You have the right to dispute errors directly with the credit bureaus at no cost. Our service is for people who would rather have it handled for them.
How long does it take?+
It depends on what is on your reports and how the bureaus and creditors respond, so we do not promise a timeline. You will get a realistic picture on your consultation.
